The publication of property details by GolfOwnersDirect requires acceptance by the Advertiser of the terms and conditions as detailed herein. The agreement will commence once the property page content has been loaded, any due payment to GolfOwnersDirect received and the property page activated (published) upon the GolfOwnersDirect website. If for any reason a property page payment due to GolfOwnersDirect is not received, the page may be removed from the GolfOwnersDirect website.

Any advertisement which contravenes the Terms and Conditions herein may be removed by GolfOwnersDirect without furthe notice and any monies received may be retained to cover administrative costs.

All properties must be clean, well maintained and located either upon or adjacent to Golf course venues. Only ONE property may be published per webpage and agreement. GolfOwnersDirect will not be held responsible for any aspect of property management, availability, contract or maintenance.

It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that page content is correct and structured in a manner generally in keeping with other properties already advertised upon the GolfOwnersDirect web site. The advertiser will not attempt to create an advertisement that unduly stands out from or disadvantages other properties. For example, all capital letters, bold or coloured text etc.
GolfOwnersDirect is at present an English language website, property pages will therefore initially be constructed in English. GolfOwnersDirect will endeavour to publish each webpage upon the Internet 24 hours per day, 365 days per year but will not be held responsible when this is not possible due to circumstances beyond our control. GolfOwnersDirect is not responsible for the correctness of the information upon the published pages.

GolfOwnersDirect cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised access to user accounts. It is the responsibility of the Advertiser to keep log on details secure. Please inform GolfOwnersDirect immediately on any unauthorised access. All property pricing and availability details published upon the GolfOwnersDirect website is indicative and may be liable to change. GolfOwnersDirect is not responsible for the accuracy of the information.

GolfOwnersDirect reserves the right to correct spelling mistakes, adjust photographs, make cosmetic changes, or amend content to comply with publishing and legal requirements for the internet. The final decision as to the inclusion or omission of content is at the sole discretion of GolfOwnersDirect.

GolfOwnersDirect will make every effort to safeguard all materials supplied by the Advertiser. It is the responsibility of the Advertiser to supply a self-addressed envelope, stamped with the correct postage for the return of such materials. GolfOwnersDirect cannot be held responsible for any loss of or damage to such materials.

GolfOwnersDirect shall be entitled to reproduce part or whole of any photographic material supplied by the Advertiser. It is the responsibility of the Advertiser to obtain reproduction permission for all photographic and other material supplied for use in their advertisement. The Advertiser warrants ownership of the copyright in such material or is authorised by the owner thereof to grant to GolfOwnersDirect the rights therein contained. The Advertiser indemnifies GolfOwnersDirect against any action brought for breach of copyright from the use of such material supplied by the Advertiser.

GolfOwnersDirect cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by Advertisers.

All information about the properties listed upon the website has been provided by the Advertisers and reproduced by GolfOwnersDirect in good faith. GolfOwnersDirect can neither guarantee the accuracy of information regarding the properties in the advertisements, nor warrant the condition of the properties. The accuracy of the descriptions and information about the properties is the sole responsibility of the Advertiser of each property listed upon GolfOwnersDirect webpages.

GolfOwnersDirect reserves the right to refuse an advertiser or remove an advertisement from the GolfOwnersDirect website without prior notice.

GolfOwnersDirect reserves the right to withhold generated enquiry contact details until any outstanding advertisement fees have been received.

If GolfOwnersDirect receives substantiated complaints regarding an advertisement or Advertiser, for example; property not as described, double-booking or other unacceptable practices, GolfOwnersDirect reserves the right to remove without notice all advertisements related to that Advertiser.

In all cases any refund will be at the discretion of GolfOwnersDirect.

All enquiries resulting from a GolfOwnersDirect advertisement will be answered directly by the Advertiser of the property. GolfOwnersDirect is not involved with and not responsible for any commercial or contractual agreement resulting from such communications. GolfOwnersDirect will not be held liable for any errors, omissions, misunderstandings or claims arising from an advertisement or any third party arrangement made with an Advertiser. GolfOwnersDirect is simply an advertising agent promoting properties upon the Internet and cannot be held responsible in any way (loss, damage, injury etc.) relating to the property advertised.

GolfOwnersDirect has a strict policy regarding adult theme and links to other websites. GolfOwnersDirect reserve the right to include or omit links to at their discretion. It is a condition of contract that the Advertiser warrants not to use the website or supply content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by any terms, conditions or notices.

Links to external websites are prohibited with the exception of the "Official Website Link" upon the property form. This facility is provided to link to the advertisers own "personal" website and may not be used for other purposes.
The GolfOwnersDirect website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than GolfOwnersDirect. Such hyperlinks are provided for reference only. GolfOwnersDirect does not control such websites and is not responsible for their contents.

GolfOwnersDirect does not warrant that the operation of the www.golfownersdirect.com website will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall GolfOwnersDirect be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits, however caused, on any theory of liability including but not limited to product liability.
