Bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed plus Sofabed in living room.
Bathrooms: Bath/shower and wc.

  There are two pools 30 metres from the apartment together with beautiful landscaped communal gardens.

Local Information: Choice of 2 supermarkets (including one opening until 2am in the morning) various shops, bars and restaurants within 20 minutes walk.

Many restaurants, bars and shops within 20 minutes walk or a few minutes drive - easy parking.

The nightclub scene, children’s parks at Selwo and Fuengirola, culture and artisan centers such as Mijas and Old Town Marbella, the ports of Cabopino, Marbella and Puerto Banus are all within a 15 minute drive.
Attractions: Marbella with many shops, bars and night clubs - 15 minutes drive.

Major undercover shopping malls near Marbella Centre & Fuengirola.

Gokarting and kids attractions just 10 minutes drive away at Funny Beach.

Tourist villages and regions Nerja and Ronda are close by and Cordoba, Seville, Granada between 2 & 3 hours.

Within a day trip are major holiday attractions such as the Alhambra at Granada, the Mesquita at Cordoba, Seville, Rhonda, Gibraltar and Malaga.

  Booking Notes  
 
  Changeover Saturday but other days may be available.
Booking only confirmed when deposit received and you have received confirmation of booking.
£150 breakage and key deposit (paid prior to dispatch of keys), refunded within 2 weeks after vacation.
Cancellations 1-4 weeks incur a 25% charge, cancellations less than 1 weeks notice - no refund.
There is a £50 end of stay cleaning charge for all bookings.
