A desert course demanding accuracy, not power. El Valle Golf Resort, a medium-length, par 71 golf course, is situated in a beautiful natural desert valley. The golf course has been created with grouped holes to offer a more open and natural golf experience and, rather than length, the course relies on numerous subtle strategic elements to challenge golfers. Players are rewarded for daring and courageous shots. El Valle Golf Resort features clusters of smaller, more subtly shaped bunkers and takes full advantage of its desert setting with numerous holes playing adjacent to naturally existing rock-outcroppings and ridges. To further enhance the desert theme, the golf course is landscaped with many species of native shrubs, grasses and other desert plants. Complemented with a number of water features, including two lakes and two elaborate stream and waterfall systems, this is the perfect course for developing any player’s strategy.

Polaris World offer the best golf opportunity in Europe. A circuit of 6 golf courses within a radius of only 25km. and each with the stamp of quality brought about by the internationally prestigious design company, Nicklaus Design. The six courses make up the Nicklaus Golf Trail, a circuit of courses with varying characteristics and levels of play.

The resort offers top class practice facilities, including a driving range,and putting green. A new Clubhouse and Pro shop have recently been opened. The resort is ideally situated to access all the Polaris World courses in the area with a free shuttlebus.

Heated pool (applicable months ) with underwater nightlights,open terrace area for sunbathing where you will find sun loungers and parasols for your use. An additional large wooden pergola and covered terrace provides a shaded area for alfresco dining or relaxation and is furnished with a comfortable ratan suite (sofa, arm chairs and a coffee table) there is also a built in BBQ and a table with 6 dining chairs with outdoor lighting.
Privacy fencing surrounds the terrace area without comprimising the far reaching views of the mountains, fairway and lake.

	Area: Costa Calida/ Murcia The Perfect climate The Costa Calida has an average temperature around 21oC and over 300 days of sunshine per year with more sunny days in the Murcia region than any where else in Spain . An Ideal Location An unspoilt area in the south east of Spain the Murcia region has over 250km of beaches that stretch along the coast of the Mediterranean and the inland lagoon Mar Menor. Mar Menor (small sea) Just 20 minutes from the El Valle resort, is the Mar Menor a 135 sq km salt-water lagoon. Renowned for it’s high water temperatures which last well into the cooler months. The waters are said to have therapeutic effects due to a high mineral-rich concentration and spa tratments can be enjoyed for total relaxation. Beautiful views are abundant all along the coast of Mar Menor and a promenade runs along side the beaches from San Pedro del Pintar to Santiago del la Ribera, perfect for just strolling in the sunshine or cycling (pushchair friendly) and it has many beach side cafes and bars for your dining pleasure. 	Local Information: Just a 20 minute drive away is the local town of San Javier where you will find the Dos Mares shopping mall, with easy parking it has many boutiques, gift shops, supermarket, cinema, ten-pin bowling and a wide choice of food.
	Attractions: Shopping and Eating The 2 cities of Cartegena & Murcia both in easy driving distance have excellent shopping facilities, and fine restaurants for real Spanish cuisine. Just a 20 minute drive away is the local town of San Javier where you will find the Dos Mares shopping mall, with easy parking it has many boutiques, gift shops, supermarket, cinema, ten-pin bowling and a wide choice of food. The City of Murcia has the Nueva Condomina shopping mall with around 200 shops, and also boasts a large range of restaurants, ten- pin bowling and multi screen cinema and a large supermarket. Terra Aqua Murcia Water Park Around a 20 minute drive from the resort is the the newly opened Water park (Terra Aqua Murcia) and Animal park (Terra Natura Murcia) which provide a great family day out, with something for kids of all ages. Check out their website www.terranatura.com Nature and Wildlife Know as the garden of Spain the Murcia region has remained one of the least exploited and boasts a Mediterranean countryside with fertile plains covered with fruit trees and beautiful woodland along with hidden beaches and coves. With many national parks within easy reach for wildlife and bird lovers. History and Museums The historic Roman Port of Cartagena has been at the centre of Spanish Naval operations since the eighteenth century and a pivotal Port of the Mediterranean for over 2000 years. Next to the Arsenal (Menéndez Pelayo), there is a Naval Museum. On the opposite side of the harbour to the city is the National Museum for Underwater Archeology, containing a reconstructed Roman galley and exhibits from shipwrecks. Historic Murcia The Cathedral de Santa Maria, finished in the 15th century is by far one of the most impressive monuments of the region. The city itself is divided by the Segura River and is known for its beautiful Baroque Cathedral, Almudi Palace and the castle of Monteagudo, a fortress from the 11th c., the Market de Veronicas, the Malecon Garden, the University of Murcia and the Museum Ramon Gaya. The Museum Ramon Gaya, is dedicated to the artist who was a native of Murcia, found in Casa Palarea in the Catalina Square.
	Airports: Both Murcia-San Javier and Alicante airports are in easy driving distance from the resort. Murcia- San Javier airport is 20 minutes drive. Alicante airport is around 55 minutes drive away
