Close by are the towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus which are renowned for their exuberant night life, classy shops and fantastic restaurants. Further afield is a different world with huge unspoiled natural parks, such as El Torcal, with an amazing range of flora and fauna. Ronda, Granada and Cordoba are within easy reach

Golf Information

	La Quinta is situated in the heart of a unique natural environment with a 27 hole golf course consisting of 3 loops of 9 holes, plus excellent practice facilities. As well as the large clubhouse there is a well stocked pro shop and golf academy.

Accommodation

	Accommodation: This ground floor apartment is newly furnished with first class fittings and marble floors throughout. There are two large bedrooms; both with fitted wardrobes and drawers. There are two bathrooms, one ensuite with twin basins and bidet. From the combined sitting/dining room there is access to the spacious terrace through sliding doors - access is also gained from one bedroom. On the terrace there is seating and an additional dining area looking across to the mountains and sea. Inside there is comfortable seating for six. The fully fitted kitchen - exceptionally well equipped - includes electrical cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, toasted sandwich maker. The utility room houses a washing machine, sink, tumble dryer and iron and board. There is air conditioning/central heating. Outside is a reserved parking area for one car with additional spaces nearby. Security is provided by remote controlled gates and a 24 hour security service. Pretty gardens surround the flat and the large swimming pool which is less than a minute from the apartment. There is also a childrens pool
