  This stunning two bedroom second floor luxury apartment is situated in the exclusive Palm Village gated complex in Vilamoura off Avenida Praia da Falasia.

Conveniently located for all seven of Vilamoura's golf courses, the apartment is 15 minutes walk from Praia da Falasia - one of the best beaches on the Algarve, the Marina and shops. It is also 10 minutes walk or three minues by car from the Millennium, Laguna and Victoria championship golf courses.

The property enjoys views of the Laguna golf course and benefits from a large west facing terraced balcony with built in barbeque for al fresco dining.

A key feature is the superb swimming pool and landscaped gardens. The apartment has been comfortably furnished and benefits from air-conditioning, a well appointed kitchen and large living room with satellite TV plus wireless internet access is being installed from November 2008.

  Golfers are spoilt for choice with easy access to the Millennium, Laguna, Victoria, Old Course, Pinhal, Vila Sol, Val do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and San Lorenzo courses.

Accommodation: Master bedroom with private balcony, luxury ensuite bathroom featuring bath, shower, WC and bidet; second bedroom with shower room, WC; living room with two, two-seater sofas (one converts to small double bed), dining table and six leather chairs featuring satellite TV, leading to terrace/balcony with patio furniture and built-in barbecue. Well appointed kitchen with oven, hood, hob; fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Wireless internet access from November 2008.
General: The apartment is situated within an exlusive privately owned development, which means it is never crowded and guests can take advantage of the pool and gardens with a degree of privacy. From 2009 guests will be walking distance from a new nearby health club and restaurant within the Laguna Golf apartment complex.
Living Room: Satellite TV with access to BBC channels, ITV (guests bringing their own Sky TV viewing card can access all premium channels); DVD, sofa bed plus two seater sofa, dining table and six leather chairs, immediate access to west facing patio/terrace. Air conditioning.

  Information  
 
Area: Vilamoura continues to be the No. 1 destination for golfers and their families in the Algarve, providing the ideal holiday resort for everyone of all ages with so much to see and do, or just chill out on the beach or by the pool.

Coast/Beach: Praia da Falasia - one of the best beaches in the Algarve with sun beds, umbrellas, car parking and beach bar/shop is just 15 minutes walk (4 mins drive) from the apartment
Attractions: Details of a wide range of attractions can be found in the Welcome Guest file in the apartment.
Activities: A new health club nearby is schedule to open Spring 2009, and Vilamoura itself offers plenty of watersports activities as well as horse riding and tennis.
Shopping: A range of shops can be found in the Marina - 15 minutes Walk and the nearest supermarket is a little closer.
Travel: Faro is the nearest airport and is a 20-25 minutes drive by car, around 40 euros by taxi. Car hire is recommended although VIlamoura has a good taxi service. Airport transfers can be arranged upon request.
Distances: Loule is about a 15 minutes drive away and holds a superb food market every Saturday morning.
Airports: Faro airport is approximately 20/25 minutes drive.

Suitability: Ideal for golfers and families
Restrictions: No pets and no smoking in the apartment.
 
 
  Booking Notes  
 
  Available to rent on a weekly basis, 20% deposit to secure booking, full balance, six weeks prior to departure. A returnable security deposit of £100 is required with the full balance which is reimbursed following agent inspection and safe return of keys etc.
