	Located upon the Atlantic coast at Royal Golf El Jadida, one the best courses in Morocco. The house is a few yards from miles of natural beach and is available to rent for 6 to 8 person holidays. Within a secure guarded residence, Koutbane 43 is a two storey vacation villa comprising four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two washrooms, living room with fireplace and a veranda. Founded during the sixteenth century by the Portuguese, El Jadida (formerly Mazagan) is nowadays a constantly developing seaside resort. Renowed as the "Moroccan Deauville", El Jadida benefits from a well tempered climate : temperatures vary between 18 and 30 degrees celcius all year long; it’s unique in Morocco. The villa has a beatiful flowered garden and offers magnificient views of the ocean and beach. On the ground floor, the the hall leads to a comfortably furnished living room with satellite TV, three bedrooms, one bathroom and two washrooms. The second floor is dedicated to a majestic suite and two terraces. Koutbane 43 is equipped with electric heating. Household linen and and servicing is provided by Kria, an excellent manager.

Royal Golf d'El Jadida

Golf Information

Located upon the Atlantic coast, this outstanding golf course is said to be one of the nicest Moroccan courses. Many professionals playing on the European Tour use it as a training site during winter period.

Designed by Cabell B. Robinson in 1993, Royal El Jadida is 6900 yards from the back tees. The way out is a typical inland course with eucalyptuses and water hazards. The first nine holes, an interesting collection of golf shots require smart play.

The way in is more bumpy and leads from the forest toward the ocean. The finishing holes, played with a light sea breeze and the Ocean as a partner will be remembered as the best links ever! The signature hole is the sixteenth, par 3, where players have to stay focused on their tee shots (197 yards) avoiding the distraction of the magnificient sea view.

This demanding course displays very fast greens and is known as "Morroco’ Augusta". Local caddies are always helpful to maximise the enjoyment of this course as it deserves.

	Activities: The portuguese cistern and citadel are a recommended visit. This wonderful heritage is host to local activities such as it's market, the Souk - offering colours, smells and savours of spices that you will find only in Morroco. The drive from El Jadida to Casablanca is one and a half hours ( soon to be reduced to less than one hour) or two and a half hours from Marrakech. The area is typically traditional and welcoming, a great change of scene. This part of Atlantic coast is also famous for seafood. In addition to its golf course, El jadida has an equestrian center (stud farm) from which you can ride on the beach. The residence also has tennis courts available.
