Two double bedrooms, one twin room, open plan living/dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms. Uninterrupted views of the second fairway by day and the beautiful starry mediterranean sky at night. A highly secure site with a fabulous communal swimming pool for residernts' use only. Perfect for both active and tranquil vacations. This villa is available for rent in conjunction with a virtually identical villa next door ( subject to availability ). Ideal for two families holidaying together.

Golf Information

	The villa is about a mile along a private road leading to one of the region's best golf courses. Golf St. Thomas offers a 20% discount on 18 holes for all residents.

Accommodation

	Accommodation: The villa sleeps six comfortably. There is a TV but very few English channels so take plenty of DVDs with you if you fancy some on-screen entertainment in the evenings. Alternatively, sit out on the terrace with a bottle of glorious Languedoc wine and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets and crystal clear night skies. The main double bedroom is on the first floor. and has an ensuite with toilet and shower. There is a king size bed and two full size singles in the downstairs bedrooms which share a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen has an electric hob, washing machine, dishwasher and combination microwave oven. There is a three seat sofa and an armchair in the living room plus a couple of bean bags for lazing about.
	General: Central Heating - you are unlikely to need heating in the summer months. However, there are wall mounted heaters in every room. Each bedroom has a free standing fan for the hotter nights
	Dining: Seating for 6, alternatively, eat 'al fresco' on the terrace.
	Entertainment: Satellite TV, Board Games. The TV has an inetgral DVD/CD player.
	Kitchen: Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. The cooker is a combination microwave, cooker and grill - very simple to use and perfect results. The fridge has a small freezer compartment.
	Bedrooms: 2 Double Bedrooms, 1 Twin Bedroom. All bed linen and houesehold towels provided but please take your own for pool and beach use.
	Bathrooms: The main bedroom upstairs has an ensuite comprising basin, shower and toilet. Downstairs there is a bathroom including bath with shower, two wash basins and a separate toilet.
	Parking: The drive holds one car but there is space for another on site.

Outside

	Communal Pool, Terrace, Parking, Garden Furniture. Patio table with 8 chairs and two loungers. There are plenty of loungers for use around the pool.

Information

	Area: Access to the site is through an automatic security gate giving added safety to families with young children.
	Local Information: The golf club has a bar and restaurant but this tends to close about 8pm. For those looking for nightlife, there are many good restaurants and bars in the local area. Beziers is the nearest town about 15 minutes drive. There are a couple of hypermarkets 10 minutes away by car. A car is essential unless you're into running, walking or cycling! The area is surrounded by dense woodland which is home to deer, boar, and red squirrels. Nearer to home, the nightly promenade around the site and a friendly 'bonsoir' to the neighbours is a nice way to close the day.
	Activities: Superb beaches 15 minutes away for sunbathing and water sports; Aqualand leisure swimming centre, gorge canoeing 45 minutes away; golf on your doorstop; vineyards around every corner; historical towns and villages in abundance; horse riding; bull fighting (yuk!); cycling (2 bikes provided); skiing about 2 hours away (but never tried it!); walking and almost everything else you can think of!
	Airports: Choose from Montpellier (45 minutes drive), Perpignan or Carcassone (both 75 minutes away). Easy car hire from all airports.

Suitability

	Suitability: Children welcome, suitable for elderly.
	Restrictions: Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking inside the house.

Booking Notes

	Change-over day is Tuesday, the best day for good flight prices from Stansted and Gatwick. 20% deposit required on booking. Balance 8 weeks prior to departure please. A returnable security deposit is required of £250 payable 8 weeks in advance.
