It has its own private pool with large terrace set within landscaped gardens. The Villa provides an excellent base to explore this fascinating region of France with the beautiful villages of the Luberon - Lourmarin, Bonnieux, Gordes, Les Baux-de-Provence to name but a few and their wonderful provencal markets - all within a short drive. Golf Information

	The world renowned 18 hole Golf Course is a par 72 extending over 6,300 meters and was designed by Sevriano Ballesteros. It provides excellent golfing facilities including driving range and clubhouse with restaurant and bar which is open to non-members.

	Living Room: Very bright and spacious open plan living and dining area with comfortable seating for 8 people.
	Entertainment: TV, DVD/Video and CD player
	Kitchen: Fully equipped contemporary style kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, fridgefreezer and dishwasher. Separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.
	Bedrooms: Upstairs: Bedroom 1 with double bed Bedroom 2 with twin beds Bedroom 3 with twin beds Downstairs: Bedroom 4 with double bed and dressing room. Air-conditioning provided for all bedrooms
	Bathrooms: Upstairs bathroom with Bath and Shower and separate WC. Downstairs bathroom with Bath and Shower and separate WC.
	Garage: Large Double Garage
	Parking: Plenty of off-street parking for 3/4 cars

Outside

	Large private pool 7m * 3.5m with pool alarm. BBQ also provided

Information

	Area: The centre of the adjacent Pierre et Vacances holiday complex is within a short walk of the Villa and has been constructed in the style of a Provencal village using traditional architecture and includes a central piazza where you will find the restaurants and shops.
	Activities: All the leisure activites are within an easy walk from the villa including wave-pool, kids' playground, horse-riding, tennis, basketball as well as nightly entertainment (high season).
	Shopping: There is an on-site grocery shop, newsagents and souvenir shop but a bigger supermarket can be found in Mallemort approx 5 kms drive away as well as chemist, bakeries,bars and restaurants.
	Travel: Car Hire recommended
	Distances: Avignon 40 kms, Aix-en-Provence 30 kms and Chateauneuf-du-Pape 55 kms.
	Airports: Nearest airport is Marseille 50 kms - approximately 45 minute drive from Pont Royal.

Booking Notes

Rental periods are normally Saturday to Saturday but other arrival and departure days may be facilitated in low or mid season.
Booking deposit of 25% required to secure your booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before your stay. Refundable security deposit of €500 is required.
Villa will be available from 3pm on arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Mid-stay linen and towel change are available for stays of 2 weeks or more but must be arranged in advance.
