| | | | Golf d’Orléans offers a beautiful and quiet 18 hole course and is splendidly laid out, with wonderful water features and woods. The garden of the house is literally on the golf course, in the grounds of Château de la Touche de Donnery.
By special arrangement with the golf club a 50% discount is available to our tenants. | | | | |

| |  | Accommodation: The fully furnished villa accommodates 4 persons in complete comfort having wooden floors and electric central heating. There are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, each bedroom having it's own luxury bathroom (1 with bath).
The kitchen / breakfast area and laundry room are fully fitted with appliances; ceramic cooking, integrated oven/ grill, fridge/freezer, microwave. For added convenience we have included additional appliances such as, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc.
The villa is completely equipped to a high standard, the spacious lounge and dining area even includes television with a satellite dish and cd player system!
The house has a garage and the attic has ample space for use as a third bedroom.

| | | Area: This area of France is famous for it's awe inspiring castles and picturesque villages. There are many friendly, affordable restaurants and inns in the vicinity.
Donnery is situated 130 south form Paris and with the fast TGV train it takes only 1 hour to be in central Paris, for a shopping day or cultural site seeing.
For those wishing to travel a little bit in the country site we would recommend a day trip to the Château Chambord and Château Chéverny.

| | | | There is also the possibility to rent more than 1 house. There are now 3 houses for rent, from which 1 is presently for sale (€140.000). So this offers also opportunities for larger groups to book a holiday at the Villa Troedie.
Bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday. But weekends are also available (4 days/ 3 nights).
Prices are per week (7 nights). Only bed linen and towels are not provided. Cleaning service for the house is an option. Houses are available from 2.00 pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated for cleaning by 10.00 am on day of departure.
Booking terms and deposits can be discussed with the owners, as are the possibilities to rent for weekends.
There will be a security deposit. This is held to cover breakages, damages etc. and will be refunded after your holiday. | | | | |
