	Semi-detached three bedroom holiday villa on a small and exclusive development called Les Hauts du Golf. The house is nestled between the 1st, 9th and 18th holes of the Golf d'Ardilouse, it is in the middle of the pine forest yet only a minute's walk to the club house and restaurant. With an occupancy for six people, it has its own private terrace with beautiful views of the golf course. The villa is surrounded by communual gardens and a shared swimming pool (fenced) for exclusive use of the residences. Les Hauts du Golf is 1.5km to the ocean with its beautiful wide sandy beaches, 2km to Lacanau's fresh water lake and 1.5km to the town centre with its many shops, bars and restaurants.

	General: Linen and towels are included (excluding beach towels). Hallway - with a large storage cupboard.
	Living Room: Large open plan area with doors to the private terrace and electric heating throughout. There is cable TV, DVD player and a CD music system.
	Kitchen: well equipped, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, 4 hob cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave.
	Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - with twin beds, fitted cupboards, shelves and bedside cabinets. Bedroom 2 - with twin beds, fitted cupboards, shelves and bedside cabinets. Bedroom 3 - with twin beds and bedside cabinets
	Bathrooms: Equipped with a bath, shower, WC and hand basin.
	Cloakroom: With toilet.

Outside

	Swimming pool (shared use) , garden, barbecue, two car parking spaces. The terrace backs directly onto the golf course (9th fairway). Lockable shed for the outdoor table, chairs and sunloungers.

	Local Information: The resort of Lacanau is 45 minutes drive from Bordeaux's Merignac airport and offers over 20km of stunning sandy beaches (home to world championship surfing competitions), an ideal location for family vacations.
