	The villa, located in a cul-de-sac, offers the opportunity to have a stay in a stunning location. Comfortable and spacious comprising 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this property is tastefully furnished, well equipped and offer a generous amount of outdoor space, including a terrace overlooking the pool. It has its own fenced swimming pool (10X5) and a large garden enclosed, ideal for young children. The house is 3 km from the sandy beaches, shops and restaurants and 2.5 km from the lake.

Information

	Area: Lacanau is at a doorstep of a great wine Region, the Medoc ( Pauillac, Saint Julien, Saint Estephe..). Do not miss the opportunity to visit the vineyards. The Villa provides an excellent base to explore this fantastic region of France. Arcachon, le cap ferret, la dune du Pyla and Bordeaux are other places to discover to name but a few, all within a short drive.
	Activities: Here nature and sport are inter-linked. Others Sports available are sailing (lake), surfing (no need to present Lacanau as famous surfing pro tour), a well-known horse-riding center and a tennis center (25 tennis courts) are next to, many cycle paths all around to explore, the fantastic sandy beaches and even a Spa and Casino. You are in the bicycle’s paradise. Lacanau is equipped with a network of more than 100 km of bicycle paths through the pines forest.
	Travel: The nearest airport is at Bordeaux. Fly to Bordeaux with Ryanair or Aer Lingus from Dublin or Aer Arann from Galway and Waterford Lots of flights available from the UK with BMI baby or BA Car is recommended and Car hire available at the airport Just 45 minutes drive from Bordeaux city and Bordeaux Airport ( 54kms).
	Distances: The beaches is at 3 kms and the shops, restaurant of lacanau Ocean is 3 kms.You can easily go to the restaurant, lake, beaches by bicycle, using the cycling path.

Booking Notes

	Owners not on site. We are using the service of a Local agent at Lacanau Ocean for the booking, check in, check out and any informations/issues you may have during your stay. Changeover is on saturday. Linen not included in the price but can be rented
