Golf Information

	Designed by the international champion Seve Ballesteros, this 18 hole golf course is considered to be one of the finest in France. Home of the Masters 13, the fairways and greens are beautifully maintained making this course a golfer's delight all year round. Excellent dining in the club house with both inside and outside terrace overlooking the first tee.

Accommodation

	Accommodation: Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan lounge and dining room, kitchen, balcony and terrace with BBQ.
	General: Situated in the village "le hameau des trois collines" at the heart of the country club with easy walking and driving access to club house,golf course and the Pierre et Vacances village. Small shop for basic provisions and international newspapers available at the Pierre et Vacances village.
	Living Room: Open plan living/dining room with white leather couch and chair, glass dining table and four chairs, coffee table. All furniture of highest quality.
	Entertainment: Flat screen TV, CD player.
	Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, cooker, hob, fridge freezer, and coffee maker. Breakfast bar with two bar stools.
	Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed and fitted wardrobes.. Bedroom 2 and 3 with twin beds with fitted wardrobes. All linen and towels included.
	Bathrooms: En-suite to bedroom 1 with wc and shower. Separate wc and separate bathroom with bath/shower over.
	Terraces: Balcony leading from lounge with small table and chairs. Terrace leading from front door, with gas BBQ, sun loungers, patio table and chairs. Terrace has superb views of the mountains.
	Garage: Garage in underground car park.
	Parking: Underground parking in own garage. General parking above ground available.

Outside

	Access to large private pool shared by other apartment owners. Key card to aid access will be supplied. Sun loungers, shower and wc at the pool with wide terraces. Easy access from apartment by stairs or lift.

Information

	Area: Set in the heart of Provence the club is ideally positioned for exploring the local countryside. A short drive from the beautiful villages of the Luberon - Menebres, Oppede, Gordes etc. The fascinating towns of Orange, Aix en Provence, Arles and Avignon and St Tropez are also easily available for day trips. Provencal markets available nearly every day of the week are also worth exploring.
	Local Information: Nearest local town is Mallemort with few shops, bars and the magnificent restaurant Auberge du Vieux Village (which must be booked!).
	Coast/Beach: Not far from the French Riviera and the Camargue region. Nice and St Tropez two hour drive away.
	Shopping: Shops located in the Pierre et Vacances village selling basic provisions (milk and fresh bread daily) and newspapers. Nearest supermarket (Intermarche) in Mallemort, 10 minutes drive.
	Travel: Use of car essential if wishing to travel off site.
	Distances: Aix en Provence, 30 km, Marseille 50 km, Aix en Provence 30 km, Avignon 40 km.
	Airports: Marseilles 50 km, Avignon, 40 km.

Suitability

	Suitability: Apartment is situated on second floor, with lift access and two flights of stairs.Lift goes down to underground car park, but pool only available by stairs. The course and site is generally hilly.

Booking Notes

	Rental periods from Saturday to Saturday, but other arrival and departure days may be arranged upon request. When you have booked, a deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. Onsite agent available to meet and greet and address any queries.
