	One bedroom apartment to rent - overlooking golf
	Our self-catering, holiday apartment is part a new complex, situated in the middle of the fantastic golf courses of Ain Soukhna. The apartment is on the top floor with a beautiful terrace which looks directly out on the golf courses. Ain Soukhna, the Arabic for "hot spring", was named after the nearby sulphur springs. This popular vacation resort, with it's fine beaches, coral reefs, fishing and water sports is the nearest beach resort to Cairo - about an hour’s journey by car and about 55 kilometres (34 miles) south of Suez. There are lots of resort complexes at Ain Soukhna. Besides the hotels, there are also many fine private villas. Common facilities include just about every beach activity one might expect at the best of the Red Sea resorts, together with all manner of shore entertainment including a wonderful golf course. It actually has one of the largest and finest Spa and Therapeutic centers in the Middle East. In addition, there are currently about seven restaurants and four bars, spread between the two hotels.

Golf Information

	Golfers are welcomed to the wonderful golf courses. In fact, these chalets are situated just in the middle and ideal for them. You can have private lessons with the golf instructors or simply hire the golf clubs, equipment and courses. Possibility of having a caddy or even hiring a golf cart. Everything can be done and organized in advance - prices available on request.

Accommodation

	Accommodation: The apartment is on the top floor and has air conditioning in every room, bedroom with double bed (plus a sofa-bed in the living-room) and bathroom. The bathroom has a shower with 24 hour hot water. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped. There is satellite TV in the living-room. All towels and linen are provided within the price. There is a washing machine, iron and dry cleaning facilities are available. Sheets and blankets are provided for your comfort. There is a private house-keeper for any kinds of requests or needs.
	General: Air Conditioning in every room, hairdryer, linen and towels provided.
	Living Room: Dining seating for 5, sofa bed, satellite TV.
	Kitchen: Microwave, cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster.
	Bedrooms: One bedroom with double bed.
	Bathrooms: Bathroom with shower.

Outside

	Terrace, bicycles available. Private parking just beside the house.

Information

	Local Information: In the local village there is a supermarket, bank, cash points, pharmacy, take-aways, internet point and shops. There are pools, discos, piano bars, bars and various restaurants such as Italian, traditional Egyptian, Lebanon and Indian nearby. There is also a club house in one of the hotels in the village. There is a baby-club and an entertainment team.
	Coast/Beach: The local buses or taxis can be ordered to take you the nearest beach (about 1 km) and these are relatively cheap. You can choose from private beaches with beach service, or stay on the beach reserved for the villa owners with no extra-charge.
	Activities: Golf, swimming, fishing, diving. boat hire. Camel riding - possibility of riding in the desert, booking on site or in advance.
	Travel: Fly direct to Cairo International Airport. We can arrange and greet pickups for the family or bigger groups.

Suitability

	Restrictions: No pets on property.

Booking Notes

A 30% deposit to reserve the apartment at least six weeks before departure is required and full payment two weeks must be done before arrival.
A refundable retainer of € 200 is required to cover keys, damages and breakages. The price includes all the facilities mentioned above as electricity, hot water, linen and towels etc.
There is no charge for the apartment cleaning when you leave. If you want daily clean this is possible and the cost is € 15 daily.
