Think barbeque instead of sushi, sun loungers instead of day beds, and more Zen-influenced precision than you can shake your yoga mat at. The villa itself is happy, friendly, oozes old-fashioned Cypriot hospitality and loves children. The days were spent drinking an obscene amount of iced coffee to deplete the Sumatran stocks, while the evenings meant long hours at the poker table and grappling with Scrabble …

In addition to this, we are able provide a welcome 'essentials' hamper (at an additional cost) containing fresh bread, milk, local fruits, butter, cereal, bottled water, wine etc. to make your first days as comfortable as possible. Please contact us for further details on these services.
We require a deposit of £100 (non refundable) for each week of your holiday, to confirm the booking and the remaining balance 8 weeks prior to your stay.
We also request a key and damage deposit of £300 (to be paid with the remaining balance), which will be refunded to you upon inspection after your departure.
** Please note if you are booking less than 8 weeks prior to your stay, full payment including the key and damage deposit will need to be paid at the time of booking.
Prices are inclusive of all bills.
The villa comes fully furnished and is available for both short and long term rent.
