A stone's throw from Petra tou Romiou, the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite the Goddess of Love, our villa is just minutes away from beautiful beaches, fantastic golf courses and delightful historic towns and villages. Whether on holiday to play golf, sightsee or simply relax, our villa will provide the perfect base for your stay. The villa is furnished to an extremely high standard and is fully air conditioned throughout. We have a private heated pool (important from Sept to May), Sky TV and wireless broadband available for your convenience.

| | | | There are three picturesque golf courses in close proximity to our villa with Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills less than 5 minutes drive and Tsada around 25 minutes or so. All offer challenging but highly enjoyable golf.
The courses themselves are truly memorable and comprise many stunning holes with views that are simply breathtaking. Their close proximity makes Villa Tyche the ideal base for a perfect golfing holiday experience.
With near all year round sunshine Cyprus is a great place to play golf and is becoming ever more popular as a golfing destination. We therefore strongly advise to book tee times ahead to avoid any disappointment.
For a small hire fee we can provide two quality sets of mens' clubs and one set of ladies' clubs, all right hand.

| |  | Accommodation: As our second home the villa is furnished to an extremely high standard and is available with SKY TV, wireless broadband and is fully air conditioned throughout. The open plan lounge area leads to a charming circular shaped dining area and spacious fully fitted kitchen all with striking views of the Mediterranean. The Master Bedroom comes complete with ensuite shower room and private veranda with table and chairs. Bedroom 2 comes with its own ensuite bathroom whilst Bedroom 3 is conveniently situated opposite the separate family shower room.
Located outside is the private HEATED 8 metre x 4 metre (approximately 26 feet x 13 feet) pool with walk in steps all set in an impressive landscaped and mature garden. A particular feature is the large shaded terrace with table and chairs to relax whilst enjoying the stunning panoramic views out to sea. The feature BBQ is close to hand to complete a wonderful and memorable outside dining experience.
Outside steps to the side of the villa lead up to a large roof sun terrace also with table and chairs in which to relax and enjoy the magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and sea.
Situated in the Ha Potami Secret Valley Golf Resort, just a 10 minute drive from Paphos airport and 15 minutes from Paphos itself, the villa is ideal for all year round golfing holidays or just simply chilling out and relaxing.

A large feature BBQ is close by for those wishing to enjoy the local fish and meat which can be obtained near by. The rest of the established garden is attractively landscaped and comprises a lawned area, palm trees and various other flowers, trees and shrubs.
The private heated (additional charge) swimming pool (with steps into) measures 8 metres by 4 metres (approximately 26 feet by 13 feet) and is surrounded by a patio area with 6 sun beds.
External stairs lead to a large roof sun terrace, a particular feature of the property, that also has table and chairs from which to enjoy the stunning panoramic views of the sea and mountains to either side.

| | | Local Information: A wide number of restaurants and bars are within a 10 minute drive. There is also a bank within a 10 minute drive with 24 hour cash machine.
| | Coast/Beach: There are numerous beaches within a short drive of the villa.
| | Shopping: There is a small supermarket in Kouklia (also 24 hour ATM) and Aphrodite Hills (both 5-10 minutes away). They both stock a range of foods, bread, water, drinks, wine, soap powders etc. There are also large supermarkets in Paphos as well as a wide range of general shops.
| | Travel: 10 mins drive from Paphos airport. 1 hour from Larnaca. 15 minute drive from Paphos. A hire car is essential.

| | | Suitability: Our villa is suitable for elderly people as it's set on a single floor (except the roof terrace) however there are 2 x 6 inch steps up to the kitchen area and another 2 x 6 inch steps that lead to the bedrooms.

Just to let you know we had a great stay in Cyprus and fell in love with the place all over again. Your villa was excellent proving very comfortable indeed. The pool was great also and we particularly enjoyed a lovely cooling breeze coming in off the sea!
You provided everything we could have hoped for and more in the villa making our stay very relaxing. All in all, it was a fantastic holiday in a fantastic villa.

I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how we got on.
We thought your villa was fantastic. We have stayed in many different villas over the last 10 years and yours was the most modern one. What we liked about it was it was exactly like the pictures, the decor was lovely and all the little touches made it feel a real home from home. The iPod docking station was brill as was the TV. Well as you can imagine with Euro 2008 being on the men in the party thought it was excellent!
Overall for proximity to the airport and the golf clubs etc the villa was first class. Also your directions were spot on. There wasn't anything with the villa we could improve upon; it really is a lovely home.
