The villa is built in a horseshoe shape with a large oval swimming pool in the center. Having recently been redecorated and refurbished the villa offers luxury accommodation for up to 10 persons.
The villa has air-conditioning, wireless internet & laptops, 5 x 32" and 47" widescreen plasma TV's, satellite and cable, a pool that has been relined and equipped with a sallinator 2009 so no chlorine folks.
The studio is situated to the rear of the property and has been tastefully built with a wood finish and in an open-plan style. There is a kitchen and bar area with an imperial range stove, and a platform sleeping area with a Queen sized bed. The studio is air-conditioned, however, the breezes from the ocean make this apartment nice and cook, and there is a veranda with tables and chairs to sit and enjoy the view of the sea, golf course and gardens. | | | | | | | Runaway Bay | | | | Click to enlarge | | | |
| | | | | | | | Golf Information | | | | | | Breezes Runaway Bay Golf Course has hosted many championship events, including the Jamaica Open and the World Cup of Golf Qualifier. Legendary for its breathtaking views of the Caribbean and notoriously fast greens, many have tried, but few have truly conquered this course. Built in 1960 by British Naval Commander J. Harris, Par 72; 6,870 yards, slope rating of 124.
| | | | | | | Accommodation | | | |  | Accommodation: Sevilla Villa offer 5 star plus accommodation, The entrance to Sevilla is through large double beautifully ornate iron gates that are electrically controlled, there is a large car park with enough parking facilities for up to ten cars.
Sevilla Villa offers the most magical of all views overlooking Breezes Runaway Bay championship golf course and the Caribbean Sea.
You can walk through your own back gate and tee off onto the 17th fairway, or take a ten minute walk across the golf course to your own private residents beach.
Relax under the almond trees and enjoy the tranquility of a turquoise blue sea and white sands.
All the bedrooms have their own adjoining luxury en-suite dressing room and onyx bathroom. There are king size beds with new therapeutic mattresses (very comfortable!) in all the bedrooms with an extra two twin beds available upon request. All the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioning, high speed wireless internet and 32 inch LCD televisions offering up to 600 channels of Satellite TV.
The linen cupboard is fully stocked with bed linen; towels and beach towels.
The living room, kitchen and three of the bedrooms all open out onto the covered veranda that sweeps in a horseshoe shape around the pool. To the right of the villa by the pool is a spiral staircase leading to a private patio and fourth bedroom.
The pool is in the centre of the villa and holds approximately 23,000 gallons of water with steps leading to the shallow end and a deep end suitable for diving. The pool has been relined with diamond brite and fitted with a new autopilot purifying system - so no more choline folks!! The pool is now environmentally friendly!!
There are six sun lounge chairs around the far side of the pool and comfortable seating on the veranda enough for up to 25 people comprising of; one three seat settee; two double seat settee; four lounge chairs, four- arm chairs; eight dining chairs + table; and five coffee tables.
Breakfast and dinner are served on the veranda overlooking the pool
The kitchen and two wash rooms are equipped to cater for large groups, with; fridge; kettle; toaster; microwave; blender; mixer, glass, crockery, cutlery etc and 2 washing machines. The washroom opens through double doors onto the back yard and a there is a path leading to the front garden that leads through a garden gate to the 17th fairway of Runaway Bay golf course and the sea.
| | General: Our friendly, experienced staff will cater for your needs without intruding on your holiday. Even before you arrive feel free to make any special requests so that prior arrangements can be made to ensure your vacation is comfortable and enjoyable.Our cleaners Paulette and Yvette are available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Our cook is available anytime to cook delicious Jamaican cuisine, or other dishes of your choice. Her name is Monica and she has had more than 20 years experience cooking in luxury villas here in Jamaica.
Dappa is responsible for pool maintenance, security, villa and garden maintenance.

Guests need to provide their own food, and staff here can help with the shopping when required. We have access to fresh fish, seafood, and organically grown fruit and vegetables and meat coming direct from local farmers. There is also a car available for local shopping, and transportation can be arranged for small and large groups to go on excursions around the island.
Sevilla is owned and managed by Clare and her family.
As an anthropologist Clare has travelled extensively throughout the world, she came to Jamaica 2005 and has since then invested considerable amount of work building designing and re-furbishing Sevilla.

| | Dining: The patio around the pool, some of which is under cover, is usually the most popular for dining, at night the pool is beautifully illuminated and there is dimmer switch lighting throughout.
| | Entertainment: Entertainment can be arranged, we have an in house reggae band available on request
| | Kitchen: The kitchens are fully equipped with cooking range, Large double fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, mixer, and much more!
| | Utility: The washing machines are to the rear of the villa in a separate washroom. We have staff available for washing
| | Bedrooms: All the bedrooms are equipped with flat screen 32" TV's
