Shimmerings is a luxurious 3 bedroom holiday villa situated just minutes walk from the clubhouse, swimming pool and air conditioned gym. The accommodation is luxuriously furnished with an elegant sitting room, light and airy dining room, well equipped kitchen, cool courtyard and a sunny deck with beautiful sea views. The 3 bedrooms are air conditioned, well appointed and all have full ensuite facilities. Westmoreland's golfing facilities are stunning and for non-golfers there is tennis, swimming or simply relaxing in the beautiful Barbados sun.

Golf Information

	Golfing at Royal Westmoreland is for the exclusive use of villa owners, their guests and villa renters at concessionary rates. The Robert Trent Jones designed course is a stunning and challenging 18-hole course in the most wonderful Caribbean setting

Accommodation

	Accommodation: The housekeeper will be available 5 days per week for 2-3 hours and will take care of guests laundry and cleaning the villa. Bath towels, beach towels and linen are included and will be changed twice per week.
	General: Telephone, air conditioning, room fans, barbecue
	Living Room: Well appointed light and airy sitting room including satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, internet access and telephone
	Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen including cooker, hob and microwave. Large American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and juicer
	Utility: Washer and drier, iron/ironing board, shower area for the housekeeper.
	Bedrooms: Bedroom1: Double bed, dressing room area. Bedroom2: Twin beds can be made into a double on request, dressing room area. Bedroom3: Located in a separate cottage off the courtyard. Twin beds can be made into a double on request, fitted wardrobes and ample shelving.
	Bathrooms: All bathrooms are ensuite with bath/shower, wc and wash basins
	Terraces: Space for outdoor living and dining, views of the beautiful Caribbean sea

Outside

	There is a shared pool located within a couple minutes walk from the villa and this is also the location of the fully equipped and air conditioned gym. There are newly resurfaced floodlit tennis courts available for hire

Information

	Local Information: Nearby Holetown on the west coast is home to a large supermarket and numerours bars and restaurants. Excellent dining and beachside bars are all available within a short drive.
	Coast/Beach: The Villa is 5 minutes drive from the nearest beach and a short drive from many of the west coasts beautiful beaches. Royal Westmoreland has an agreement with the nearby Colony Club beach resort where the beach and sunloungers are available for the use of Royal Westmoreland guests.
	Airports: The Grantley Adams International airport is around 30-40 minutes drive away. Car rentals are readily available and arrangements can easily be made for a hire car to be delivered and collected from the villa

Booking Notes

	An initial deposit will be taken with the full balance due 8 weeks before the rental date. Part weeks will be considered and will be charged on a pro-rata basis. Special rates may be agreed for stays of over 3 weeks. All prices are subject to an additional 7.5% vat. Arrangements for meeting guests will be handled by our agents in Barbados.
