Situated beside the Atlantic Ocean, the Golf del Sur course has wide fairways lined with local vegetation from a variety of typical Canarian flora, enormous Cannas Indicas, the beautiful Washington Palms, the very exclusive Canarian Pines, to giant flowering cactus. The three courses, North, South and the Links, are dotted with black volcanic sand bunkers. The 27 hole course has been the venue for various international tournaments: The Open de Tenerife in 1994, 1992 and 1989 and the Shell Wonder World of Golf tournament. It is a truly enjoyable experience for all levels of golfers. You can enjoy the panoramic views from the open sea to the majestic Mt. Teide mountain range.
There are local club competitions that welcome guests staying at the San Andres villas: a mixed Texas scramble on Mondays, a ladies competition on Wednesdays and a men’s competition on Thursdays. A special area is set aside for the Golf School. Golf del Sur’s climatic conditions are ideal in both winter and summer with average temperatures of 21°C and 25°C for the two seasons and a total of 3,200 hours of sun a year.
There are four other golf courses nearby. Las Americas Golf course is situated near the island's finest beaches. It offers a series of lakes, streams and waterfalls that create a pleasant environment for this par 72 course.
Just 5 kilometres from Las Americas, the Golf Costa Adeje club is an excellent 27 hole course designed around the natural terrain and the restored stone walls of a former banana plantation. The views from the course take in the island of La Gomera, the mountain range of Adeje, Playa de la Americas and the sea.
The 18 hole Amarilla Golf and Country Club course with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean is adjacent to Golf del Sur and the Los Palos Golf Centre, a par 27, nine hole course is located fifteen minutes drive from Golf del Sur.
About an hour drive finds two other courses, Buenavista Golf Course designed by the great Severiano Ballesteros has a unique layout that takes in the breathtaking rugged coastline with several of the greens bordering the ocean's edge. The Real Club de Golf course is in the north of the Tenerife. It the second oldest golf course in the whole of Spain. The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite with sky lighted Jacuzzi. The dining room comes with skylights and a table with seating for 6-8.
The living room has a cathedral ceiling, wicker furniture and Cesar Manrique art work. A book and CD collection are available along with Satellite TV, UK sports channels and a DVD player.
The master bedroom has a view of MT Teide, the highest mountain in Spain. The second bedroom has French doors that open onto the patio and views of the fairway and ocean

Massage Therapy is available by appointment right in the villa. Meal catering can be arranged if you do not want to cook but want lunch on the patio or a dinner under the stars.
There is a small grocery store on complex. Parking is available at golf clubhouse a five minute walk from the villa. 24 hour reception and maintenance service serve the guests.
15 minute walk to San Blaus shopping centre, 20 minute walk to water sports harbor.
20 minute ride to major beaches (public bus available).
Diving, cycling, deep sea fishing, windsurfing and hiking are available with pickup in the reception area.
