This two bedroom holiday apartment is situated on the first floor of a block of four apartments on a quiet road within the perimeter of the golf complex. The apartment consists of a large lounge/diner, separate fully fitted kitchen, four piece bathroom suite, two double bedrooms both with fully fitted wardrobes, one large furnished terrace acessed by both bedroom one and the lounge and furnished private roof terrace.
The private roof terrace has lighting, outside showers for cooling yourself down from that mid day sun and luxury sun loungers for that all important all over sun tan and the most amazing views of the golf course, communal pool, mountains and the sea. It is truely stunning and you will not be disappointed.
The terrace overlooking the 18th green is furnished with mosaic wrought iron dining table and four matching dining chairs with luxury comfy cushions and outside lighting.
Fuerteventura is ideally located approx 3 hours and 40 minutes flying time from London Gatwick. Offering all year round sun and stunning white sand beaches to rival the Carribean which incidently is approx 9 hours flying time from the UK!
The climate is excellent for all water sports including wind surfing, surfing and body boarding. Its rugged terrain offers some spectacular walking and hiking experiences. Fuerteventura has over 100 beaches including the famous dunes in Corralejo in the north of the island and Sotovento beach in the south. | | | | |

| | | | Fuerteventura Golf Club was built in April 2002 and hosted the 2004 Spanish Open, therefore it is a championship standard course. The club house is a five minute stroll from the apartment and the 18th green is just 50 yards away from your private terrace. The all year round temerature is perfect for golf.
Renters of the apartment get a subsidised golfing rate of 25% off.
The golf course is mostly flat holes, 17 and 18 have the two big slopes. There are a number of dog leg holes and many water hazards like lakes to drive over and smaller streams to avoid. There is a large driving range and a large putting and chipping practice area.
The club house has a beautiful dining conservatory and terrace offering anything from a café con leche to a pre game breakfast. Other 5 star facilities include:

| | | Local Information: The resort of Caleta de Fuste and the Campo de Golfe area is approx 10 minutes transfer time from the airport . Caleta de Fuste is ideally situated in the middle of the island and the resort is fronted by a white sandy horse shoe bay and marina.
The resort offers 2 golf courses, 4 and 5 star luxury hotels including the Sheriton and Grand-Lux Elba Palace, many restaurants and bars and the Atlantico Commercial Centre which plays host to ten pin bowling, 10 screen cinema, outside play area for children and many designer outlets all of this is within walking disance to the apartment.
| | Activities: Watersports, waterpark, golf, tennis, fishing, walking, hiking, cycling, beach and lakeside recreation.
| | Travel: Many of the UKs airports fly directly to Fuerteventura and the resort of Caleta de Fuste is situated just a 10 mins drive from the airport which is located in the islands capital of Puerto del Rossario.
Transport from the airport to the resort can be arranged for you or if you prefer there is a taxi rank situated right outside the airport terminal. Alternatively you could pre book your car rental and as a majority of these companies are situated on the airport site then collection of your vacation rental car couldn't be any easier
