	Located on Golf Course by 17th Tee - Walking Distance To The Beach
	Lovely, new three bedroom detached holiday villa with sea and golf course views located within walking distance of the Caleta Beach and Atlantico Shopping centre with its cinema multiplex, shops and restaurants. There is a large, solar heated swimming pool with poolside basketball situated on a south facing plot bathed in the sun from dusk to dawn, which keeps the pool very warm indeed (80F in March, 82F in February, 85F May - September). There is a large rooftop solarium with high walls for privacy and lovely views over the marina, the sea and the golf course. There are also relaxer chairs on the roof top ideal for stargazing. Located on the prestigious Fuerteventura golf development, the facilities of an exclusive five star hotel are on your doorstep. Within the hotel is an excellent restaurant and bar with views of the golf course.

Golf Information

	The villa is on the Golf Course. It is best to have a car if you have your golf clubs with you as it will take approximately 15 minutes walk from the villa to the golf club although we are only 5 minutes walk from the 17th tee. There is access to the golf course from either side of our road.

Accommodation

	Accommodation: There are 3 double bedrooms, one with double bed and en-suite and two with 2 single beds in each. All bedrooms have ceiling and floor-standing fans. There is also an additional bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine in the utility room and all of the mod-cons in the kitchen. There is indoor and outdoor dining for 6. Pool is 1.5m deep all along and there is no shallow point therefore it may not be suitable for small children. All children must be supervised at the pool at all times. The pool has a solar heat cover and therefore it will retain and gain heat when the cover is on. It should be replaced overnight except between June and August when the temperature will reach over 86F in which case the cover should be left off. Property is cleaned once a week. All linen is provided as well as one set of towels per person to include bath towel and hand towel. Beach towels are essential and must be supplied by the guest for use on the sun loungers as we include sunlounge cushions.
	General: Hairdryer, ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and sitting room.
	Living Room: Living room has 2 x 3 seater sofas, Sky TV, Stereo system with CD player and cassette player and radio. There is a glass dining table and chairs for 6. There are 2 ceiling fans in the lounge.
	Kitchen: Microwave oven, electric hob and oven with a rottiserie, fridge/freezer, full set of saucepans, cutlery, crockery, glasses and tea cups. There is also a kettle and a toaster.
	Utility: Washing machine, iron and ironing board.
	Bedrooms: Master bedroom with double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms with two bedded rooms with two single beds in each. X-BOX in one of the bedrooms.
	Bathrooms: En-Suite bathroom fully tiled with a large basin, mirror bidet, wc, bath/shower, circular shower curtain, towel rails. Additional bathroom also fully tiled to match with basin, mirror bath/shower, w.c. towel rails.

Outside

There is a charcoal BBQ by the pool, and a large patio area around the pool with 6 sun loungers with cushions.

The pool is large 10x4x1.5m and has a solar heat cover. It is cleaned and treated twice a week by a professional pool cleaner. It is private and screened off from the neighbouring properties by fencing to the front and sides with the main villa sheltering it from the wind.

There is a table and 6 chairs with sun umbrella on the outside patio by the pool for outdoor dining and midday shade.

Information

	Local Information: There is a bank in the centre as well as excellent hairdresser and good quality shops and restaurants. There is a Multiplex Cinema there as well as amusement arcade with bowling alley and Internet access (1 euro for 20 minutes). There are few Doctors Surgeries in Caleta Centre as well as well stocked up Chemist.
	Coast/Beach: There is a sheltered beach only 15 minutes walk away behind the Atlantico Shopping Centre. There are currently 2 Island Style restaurants near it as well as Sheraton Golf Resort and Spa Hotel. As you walk along that beach you get to the bigger Caleta Beach with sun loungers and umbrellas near the marina. There is also jet ski hire there as well as many shops and restaurants. By car Caleta beach can be reached within 5 minutes and Atlantico sheltered bay in less then 3 minutes.
	Travel: There is only one Airport on the Island and it is only 20 minutes away from the villa. To see this beautiful and varied island we recommend that you hire a car. There are frequent buses to the Capital, Puerto De Rosario and from there you can take bus number 6 to the famous Dunes of Corralejo, which must be seen to be believed.
	Distances: Caleta centre with numerous shops and restaurants is 5 minutes drive or you can catch the Golf Course complementary bus service from the Hotel Elba Palace on the golf course, which also stops at the Atlantico shopping centre and runs hourly untill 11:00 p.m.

Booking Notes

We are flexible with the changeover dates. Please contact us for availability and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
Once the dates have been agreed we will hold the booking for you for up to one week until we receive a deposit of 200.00 pounds or if the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure we will require full payment. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. If you prefere to pay in Euros you can transfer the equivalent in euros to our Spanish Account. On receipt of the full payment we will release details of keys and directions.
Breakage deposit will be required of £250 payable on arrival to the management company. It is fully refundable upon satisfactory inventory inspection on the day of departure.
