| | | | Luxury two bedroomed duplex with garden | | | Our house is situated within the secure complex of the only golf course on Fuerteventura, the second largest Canarian Island. This is one of the few front line properties with undisturbed views of the sea and harbour from the patio and upstairs balcony.
It is just a short walk restaurants and entertainment centre, also a short distance to the centre of Caleta de Fuste (10 minute walk) with many bars, restaurants and the best shopping.
There are two beaches at Caleta, one at the bottom of the golf course and another larger beach a short walk along the front. | | | | |

Fuerteventura Golf Club was built in April 2002 and hosted the 2004 Spanish Open and so is championship standard course. The club house is a 5 minute walk from the house but the 17th green is just 50 yards.
The course is mainly flat, holes 17 and 18 are have the two big slopes. There are a number of dog-leg holes and many water hazards, be they lakes to drive over or smaller streams to avoid.There is a large driving range and a large putting and chipping practise areas.

| | Local Information: Fuerteventura has the lowest rainfall and the longest hours of light of all the Canarian islands.
From April to October rainfall is almost non-existant and the winter months provide the best vacation temperatures in Europe and of any destination within 4 hours of the UK.
Temperatures range from 17 degrees centigrade average in winter up to the low 30 degrees in the summer. However, golfing and sunbathing is always comfortable as an occasional breeze makes even the hottest temperatures very pleasant.

All guests will find a chilled bottle of quality wine in the fridge on their arrival, other extras can be ordered at your cost.

There is no seasonality in our prices, our prices are relatively low in peak seasons as flight costs are normally higher. | | | | |
