Golf Information

Nicklaus Design team are building his first Nicklaus course in Eastern Europe here in Bulgaria. It will be a championship course with PGA spec greens, the largest driving range in Bulgaria and practice putting greens to die for. In addition there are 6 short game practice holes, all of PGA spec. This is a wonderful location to base yourself and explore the area, with some fantastic mountain walks, fishing and hunting nearby. 	Accommodation: Two bedrooms - one with queen size bed and the other with two 3ft single beds that can be pushed together to make a double.
	Living Room: Living room contains a large leather corner suite, TV/DVD, cocktail wall unit, Dining table and a coffe table.
	Dining: Located in Living room
	Entertainment: TV / DVD
	Kitchen: Kitchen is in the open plan living room. Is fitted with an oven, two plate hob, extractor fan, Microwave/grill, fridge and washing/dryer machine
	Utility: Iron, Ironing board and portable clothes dryer are provided.
	Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with queen bed. Walk-in wardrobe. Chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 with two 3ft singles that can be made into a double. Double wardrobe and dresser unit. Chest of drawers.
	Bathrooms: Master bedroom has ensuite, with sink, toilet and Bath with Shower over 2nd Bathroom is located next to the 2nd Bedroom and contains a sink, toilet and a wetroom shower area.
	Patio: Balcony is approx 40 foot long, south facing with views of the Rila mountains
	Cloakroom: Coat stand in hallway
	Terraces: All bedrooms have a french windows and doors that open onto the Balcony

Outside

	Area to the front of the apartment is grassed. There is an adults and baby swimming pool nearby on the development. Balcony has one table and 4 chairs. There is plenty of room to place loungers.

Information

	Area: Dolna Banya is known worldwide for his heeling properties in its abundance of SPA water. See www.dolnabanya.net for full details.
	Local Information: The town of Dolna Banya is a short walk away with a few restaurants and bars. The ski resort of Borovets is about a 20 minute drive away. Kostenets is 2km away and has fruit markets and a modern Supermarket. Banks are also in this town.
	Attractions: Stage one of this fantastic development is just about complete, however the only facilities available are a temporary club house serving drings and light snacks. This is one of the reasons why the rent is cheap. The location is however a great place to relax and also as a central place to stay and explore Bulgaria. There is also an 18 hole golf course nearby at Ihtiman which is about a 20 minutes drive. There is also another golf course, ST Sofia approx one hour away. Transport to/from can be arranged at a cost.

	Shopping: The are shops in Kostenets and Samakov, however the best shopping is in the wonderful city of SOFIA, an hours drive away.Bulgaria's second capitial PLOVDIV is an hour away.
