There is no better place in Melbourne for golf than the Sandbelt which is located to the South East of Melbourne City and is blessed with ideal golfing conditions. Its superb courses are built on a magnificent sandy base, which allows for instant drainage and ideal playing surfaces all year round. Take your pick from 16 of Melbourne's finest golf courses all within 10-15 minute drive from each other.

Accommodation

	Accommodation: Golf Retreats Melbourne is a spacious three bedroom retreat accommodating up to 6 Adults. Enjoy 2 x open plan living areas with TV, DVD & CD players and separate dining area for up to 8 guests.
	General: Separate laundry for your convenience. Linen & towels provided. Reverse cycle heating & cooling.
	Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers microwave, oven & dishwasher, fridge/freezer and plenty of beer & wine glasses! Extensive list of local restaurants and takeaway/delivery options for those less inclined to cook. There is also a local bottle shop that delivers!!
	Bedrooms: Upstairs you will enjoy 3 x generous bedrooms (2 x Queen Beds, 2 x Single beds) with green park views, Master with Ensuite as well as separate second bathroom (both bath & shower). Hand wash & moisturizers provided.
	Garage: Remote controlled lock up garage

Outside

	Outdoor entertaining area and of course the good ol' Australian BBQ (instructions provided!!) Beautifully shaded from the sun and weather elements and included a gas outdoor heater if required.

	Restrictions: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Pets not preferable

	Check In: 2.00pm, Check Out: 11.00am* *Unless previous arrangements have been made, every attempt is made to provide guests with a late check out. 50% Deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Balance of payment is taken one week prior to arrival.
