'La Finca' the newest and arguably the best on the Costa Blanca is literally across the road.`This is a future Spanish Open and Ryder Cup venue. Finally the internal staircase leads up to the roof solarium where the sun worshippers can indulge themselves on the sun loungers or simply take in the magnificent 360 degree views. There is a shower fitted on the solarium.

Outside there is a gated front garden with side access to the rear walled garden which has a patio area with table and chairs.We have pencil conifers along the rear garden and side garden boundaries, making it totally secure for children to play in. The garden also boasts the colourful bourgainville, jasmine, passion flower and a variety of other plants can be found in large ceramic pots and tubs.
For your personal security and childrens safety Casa Rosanna has decorative external grills fitted to all windows and doors plus a comprehensive alarm system.
The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a large shared south facing swimming pool which has statues, water features and seating and is well stocked with all sorts of exotic plants including palm trees, a west facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, mountain views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
|  | | | | | | Information | | | |  | Local Information: There are two local towns within 5 minutes, Algorfa and Los Montesinos which are very Spanish with market days and plazas, small supermarkets, local bars and restaurants. For the 'Big shop' superstores Carrefour and Lidl are just 10 minutes away on the drive into Torrevieja.
For nightlife Torrevieja has it all with its casinos, clubs, restaurants and bars and during the day there are excellent shops and a bustling port which has a 'Hippy Market' and a Fun Fair.
If you prefer cultural/historic visits there are plenty of palaces, cathedrals, museums, monasterys and art galleries to visit in towns and cities such as Murcia, Cartagena, Orihuela and Alicante.
The communal pool has a feature fountain and can be seen from the solarium. so why not relax while your children play.
At the entrance to the La Finca Golf complex a five minute walk away is the new commercial centre with bars, supermarket, restaurant, banks and excellent garden centre. La Finca Golf has an excellent 19th tee with a terraced bar/bar-b-que area and superb silver service restaurant.
The 'Club de Tenis' with excellent floodlit courts, outdoor pools, gymnasium is another facility on your doorstep.
On Sunday morning the biggest and best market in the area is a stones throw from Casa Rosanna. Typically Spanish you will find everything and more here.
The Costa Blanca means 'white coast' due to its fine white sandy beaches many of which are awarded the 'European Blue Flag.' This coupled with an average 320 days a year of sunshine makes this an ideal holiday destination.
Due to the health giving properties of the Salt Lakes combining with the climate, the World Health Organisation rates this area as one of the healthiest places in the world to live. Visit the lakes and bathe in the 'mud' as the locals do, its free!
