The resort is currently under construction and phase one was completed by June 2006 along with the golf course and beach club facilities. The phase two will be finished by March 2007.Sp

It will have excellent sporting facilities, its own private Beach Club and a deal with DeVere hotels to run the golf and hotel facilities has just been signed.

Roda Golf & Beach Resort as the name suggests also includes an authentic Beach Club. The 4.600 m² site is located in La Manga Mar Menor, including an independent building 600 m² in size which, after restoration will boast catering facilities, water sports, swimming pools, solariums, a social area and of course, the sea.

For clients / owners to access the Beach Club, Roda Golf & Beach Resort will provide a shuttle service. There will be a boarding point near the resort where the short journey begins to the Club.

The resort, which has been designed by leading architects, will have beautiful walkways, open areas, pools and sporting facilities.

The properties will be built around beautiful gardens and communal pools with walkways and jogging tracks linking up around the perimeter.

The golf course will provide a challenging test of golf for all abilities. Watch out for the intimidating 7th, an island green, in front of the main clubhouse!

At the resort a number of services will be provided for owners/guests. There will be a commercial area, main clubhouse and the De-Vere hotel and its spa facilities on hand. The resort will have control of access, security patrols and a secure perimeter giving complete peace of mind for all guests.
